REX
What is REX?
REX aims to be an OpenSource and Linux based Car Entertainment System. The idea for creating such a software came, when I entered a friend’s 2006 Mercedes E400 with AMG package and saw the cool screen he had built into the center-console. I thought that it would be nice to have something like this in whatever car by implementing everything on OpenSource software and built up a custom hardware-setup.
